Ok i dont mean literally no pump...but its not quite was i expected..
I actually get a better pump on shock week than i am on FDFS...
The pump sets start off super light and then just start to ache...idk ive tried a somewhat controlled 1/0/1 temp and just crazy fast pump style and im just not getting it... hmmmm
any thoughts?

Hmmm, that's interesting. It's been a while since I've done a full FDFS week, but I don't remember having this issue.

Example ntermediate FD/FS Workout:
-Bench Press…2 x 3-4 (3/0/X tempo) -Incline Press…2 x 5-6 (6/1/1 tempo) -Incline DB Flye…2 x 7-8 (2/4/1 tempo) -Machine Bench Press…1 x 30-40 (1/0/1 tempo; non-lock-out reps) -Smith Incline Press…1 x 30-40 (1/0/1 tempo; non-lock-out reps) -Cable Crossover…1 x 30-40 (1/0/1 tempo)
Huh, I get a wicked pump from it. Hmmmm, that's confusing.

For the pump/saturation sets try dropsets instead...like...
15 reps, drop, 10 reps, drop 5 reps, drop, 5 reps.

Whatever I'm working that day on FD/FS I get a pump so bad I have to sit and stretch and smack the muscle around so I can move it again! AGONY! I do FD/FS for 2 weeks in a row though.
