i have just finished my first prrs cycle(except for legs tomorrow). i must say i absaloutly love it, it is fantastic. i have been training for two years, generally i get bored of programs, but the weekly changes keep me very motivated. i actually feel like i have gained LBM in the past 3 weeks also. which for me is unheard of. i have also been using just one working set for all weeks, like a blood and guts style, and thrashing the intensity.
