Hey folks. When constructing a meal plan do you guys add the calories/carbs from green veggies to the daily totals for calories/carbs. Or just add them to your meals and not factor there cals and carbs? Really would be interested to see what Eric does. Cheers guys. Have a great day.

I also don't count green veggies as anything in the diet. Clearly I don't go overboard, but I still don't count it.
