I love the 4/0/x tempo for power week, great pump and seems really beneficial for hypertrophy, which is what i want right now. But every now and then i get the urge for pure strength. would it be ok to lower that tempo and do more speed work? maybe a 1-2/0/x? that 4 sec neg kills me. again i like this and know that the tempo is like this for a reason, hypertrophy.
