Yes, all ye men, I benched 200 lbs yesterday for the first time. And this morning yeah I'm feeling it but not bad. I'm thinking, the women who do power lifting competitions aren't that much stronger than me, wondering if I should add that to my repetoire? I'm familiar with basic Olympic lifting movements (clean, clean and press, etc) but I'd need some guidance. Anyways, I just think it's so neat that I'm losing fat but at the same time getting stronger and even getting new stretch marks! Weird! Hope everyone is feeling Spring around the corner, makes life (and lifting) so much easier! God bless!

Great job. Each goal is a milestone and be proud as you reach them.

Fantastic job! That is an impressive press! To be honest, there aren't very many MEN at my gym who can bench 200 lbs, let alone women! It sounds like you may be cut out to be a strength athlete. Great feeling isn't it? Losing fat and gaining muscle and strength at the same time! Not to mention, the whole process is addictive! Keep up the amazing job! Feel free to give us an update in a few weeks to let us know how your progress is coming along.
