Hello everybody, i'm an italian guy and i'm 25 years old. I would like to buy the PRRS e-book but, before this, i I want to know how many time is recommended to training per week in three different periods "p rr s". I can train about three times a week and I wanted to know if in some cases is recommended in the book to train 4 times a week. Thanks guys for all and W the natural body building! I'm sorry if my english isn't perfect. Regards from italy

You can still use the PRRS method of training on a 3 day split. You have to be more careful about how you group body parts. You don't want your bi's sore when working back...get my drift? Some of your workouts may take longer because of the extra body part thrown in. I guess I'm trying to tell you that this method, for me, is far superior to anything else. If I can only hit the gym one day a week, I still use principles learned in the system.

Thank you so much rick... I hope to complete all the workout in an hour and a half to limit the production of cortisol. My 3 split routine will be: legs (quads/hams/calves) back/chest delts/arms

CARDIO - 1st thing in the morning on my treadmill.
Monday always seems to be that new beginning to start fresh. So, that's pretty much what I'm doing...I'm starting fresh with my mindset. And, I am planning that mindset to be more furoscious in the gym. In looking back, I don't think I gave it my all last week and that upsets me. I hit the rest button today and this is what it turned out:
BACK - as you can tell, I wasn't playin' around. Volume was again higher than normal this week, but I was in the zone!!
Pullups - 4 sets of warmups switching between wide grip and inner grip Corner T-bar Rows - 3 sets with triple drop on last Rev Grip Bent Rows - 3 sets with triple drop on last WG Seated Cable Row - 2 sets One-arm DB Row - 2 sets Stiff-arm Pulldowns - several dropsets
I will say that I have noticed that I am not nearly as strong as I have been. I assume it is the lack of carbs, but I continue to push through and not using that as an excuse.
