Starting this program monday please let me know what you think.
mon-chest & bi bi first- according to weider muscle priority BICEPS Barbell curls 4x 4-6 Preecher Curls 3x 4-6 Scott curls 2x 4-6
Chest flat bench 4x 4-6 incline dumbell 3x 4-6 weighted dips- 3x 4-6
Tues Legs Squat 4x 4-6 leg press 3x 4-6 leg ext- 2x 4-6 maybe one set my legs are growing to much lying ham curls- 4x 4-6 seated reverse leg curls 4x 4-6 Calves- DC style
wed cardio abs
thurs Lats Pull ups- 4x 4-6 bent barbarbell row 3x 4-6 reverse grip lat pull downs 3x 4-6 little extra bi and lats need some extra work
Fri- shoulders, rear delt, tri
Millitary press 4x 4-6 single arm dumbell front raises- 3x 4-6 reverse dumbell fly for rear delt- 2x 4-6
tri close grip bench- 4x 4-6 skull crushers- 3x 4-6 cable pushdowns 3x 4-6 little extra for lagging tri
My only question is that I have seen advanced power techniques which look useful for lagging parts, which do you prefer for lats and tri? and do I do the standard workout and add them in after or substitute the advanced power movements in instead of the standard regime?

I would use the standard workout for the first 3 cycles, then you can subsitute the advanced power workout for lagging parts for 3 cycles, and then back to the standard.
