just joined and am looking forward to learning new stuff! my name is michael and i've been training for about 20 years. unfortunately off and on, from living it 100% to trying not to get too skinny. i'm 34 and a father of three. i love triples and i hate cardio. i stumbled onto p/rr/s while reading up on fascia stretch technique and found this to be more scientifically sound. i have sampled fd/fs and have a few questions.

Hey there, Michael...welcome aboard! We are here to help in any way we can. Everyone here is extremely nice and knowledgeable. I am a father of 2 at 37 years old, so we are in a similar boat. Have a look and feel free to ask any questions.

Congrats on joining a new gym. I would suggest going with P/RR/S first for the 9 weeks then go in to FD/FS for 2 weeks. FD/FS is pretty brutal from what I've seen and by doing P/RR/S it will get you familiar with some of the equipment in your gym and prepare you for the brutal 2 weeks of FD/FS. I am on my second go with P/RR/S and when my 9 weeks is up I will be doing 2 weeks of FD/FS. This is just my opinion and maybe Eric can chime in on what he thinks. Remember work hard but be smart about it. Knowledge is the key for success.

Glad to have you here and excited that you feel renewed by my training programs! Remember that FDFS is a "blitz" program, only meant to be used every few months and for only 2-3 weeks at a time. PRRS should make up the rest of your training. Again, welcome!
