i was wondering about taking a break.
background: i was doing a few weeks of fascia stretch training (i know, but researching that is what got me here), then followed that up with 3 weeks of fd/fs and yes my body is starting to get worn down.
my question is should i take a week off to recuperate or should i jump right into prrs? thanks in advance

You can either take a week off or a deload (lighter weights) to keep the body from getting stiff.

I usually train for about 10-12 weeks before taking a week off from training. However, it sounds like the 6 weeks you have been training have been pretty intense. I agree with RM...either take a week off or take a week with lower intensity so your body can recover a bit before hitting up prrs.
