If you're thinking of possibly switching from Bikini or Figure, or even going into the new Physique division for women....I gotta tell you, crossing over into bodybuilding with Eric has been awesome and I REALLY encourage you ladies if you're out there to think about trying it. It's tougher in a lot of ways...yes, but the strength and gains are addicting- and, most importantly, Eric doesn't turn women into men. As you can see there's nothing "manly" about me. And there never will be. FBB's are a bit of a dying breed, and there are very few who can maintain femininity while looking amazing. Eric can do this for you! Attachments:

Push yourself to do something new and challenging...yeah, maybe some men aren't going to hit on you as much...maybe some people might think you're a "freak", but overall, I've found I get more respect and compliments more than anything. Attachments:

You know what's funniest? When I told a forum of people that had claimed for years to be "friends" that I had gained close to 40 lbs of LBM with Eric...they mocked me, taunted me, threatened to KILL me, I had to call the cops! That's the HATE I got for my success!
When you work with Eric, and have faith in GOD, who tells us we can move MOUNTAINS with faith the size of a mustard seed, 40 lbs of muscle is NOTHING and TOTALLY possible! In a short period of time too!
Those morons told me only MEN like Kai Greene could gain mass like that. They told me they had to gain 40 lbs of FAT to gain just 10 lbs of LEAN MUSCLE! What kind of backwards training does THAT? That's not science! That's just bad training...bad everything...all around! The human body is capable of soooooo MUCH! It's an exact science, I guess they just didn't possess intellects capable of grasping what true kinesiology/physiology is about.
