Hi everyone my name is Andrew and I've been using Eric's P/RR/S for about a year and a half now. I got introduced to the concept from a good college friend of mine. Eric is also my coach and he trains me and does me diet for upcoming bodybuilding shows. I've had the honor to have him in my corner and last year he got a feel for me and this year he going to bring me in the best shape I've seen to date and then after my shows we are going to party like a rock star.
So to my fellow members here welcome and I hope to read all your great opinions, insights, rants, etc.
