For those of you on low carb diets, including me, how often are you carbing up and how low are you cutting carbs?
I'm going 350g carbs every 3rd or 4'th day, keeping my carbs at 50 to 70 grams on low carb days.

Right now on training days I am consuming roughly 120g of carbs on training days and 60-75 on non-training days. I have a high carb day once week right now. I am actually doing very well on this diet in terms of not feeling completely lethargic and still maintaining decent strength (for me).

Right now I'm taking in 60 g of carbs per day from vegetables (broccoli), almonds, and a grapefruit first thing in the morning. I like the grapefruit because it's pretty filling. When I get sick of grapefruits, I substitue 3/8 cup of brown rice in the morning instead. On days 2 and 5 (Monday and Thursday), I eat an extra meal:
1 cup oatmeal / 6 oz. banana 1/2 cup brown rice and 1 cup of broccoli or green beans
It's a little over 100 g of carbs
Right now, I'm on a 2,400 calorie diet and break P/F/C by 60%/30%/10%. Through 2 weeks w/ cardio 6 days per week for 25-30 min., I'm down 5 lbs.

Sounds like we all use a variation of the same basic idea, carb deplete and reload! Just have to regulate the calories and how often carbup is needed.
