Need a new twist on SHOCK WEEK? Something to totally throw your muscles and CNS off? Try this for example: CHEST-SUPERSET: BB INCLINE PRESS/FLAT FLYE...2 X 4-6/12-15 -SUPERSET: WEIGHTED DIPS/LOW CABLE CROSSOVER...2 X 4-6/12-15 -DROPSET: MACHINE BENCH PRESS...1 X 4-6, DROP, 12-15 MORE I guarantee a sick, crazy pump and plenty of soreness!

The press/flye superset is MURDER on the chest. Do not use if you are nursing, pregnant, or may become pregnant.

just got hoome from trying this out...
i wasnt sure about tempos for this variation of Shock. I did the heavy sets with a Power tempo and the lights sets with a shock tempo. For rest periods i rested like regular Shock week. Feedback or opinions on this would be great!

I would use the POWER TEMPO for the power movement and more of a SHOCK tempo for the next movement. Rest between sets will not be set in stone, but for most should be 90 seconds to 3 minutes depending on the difficulty of the superset.

Cool, i did follow the tempos, its been 13 hrs, and the DOMS are already knocking at the door!!!

BUMP!!!! I'm still loving this theres something to it!!!! Next wk i plan on keeping my journal updated in more detail, i have been sick, working a few more extra hours on a project and working dayshift, so by the time i get my workout in, cook, do family stuff, its time for bed!
