Need a new twist on SHOCK WEEK? Something to totally throw your muscles and CNS off? Try this for example: CHEST-SUPERSET: BB INCLINE PRESS/FLAT FLYE...2 X 4-6/12-15 -SUPERSET: WEIGHTED DIPS/LOW CABLE CROSSOVER...2 X 4-6/12-15 -DROPSET: MACHINE BENCH PRESS...1 X 4-6, DROP, 12-15 MORE I guarantee a sick, crazy pump and plenty of soreness! I can't believe I missed this.....It looks freaking wicked. It will be done on my next chest. As for what Tank said, From the mad lab of Eric Broser!!! Cant wait to try this... How about from the lab of MAD Eric Broser.....!!! ?

BIZZUMP... I think this has become my favorite PRRS-based routine. Just wrapping another week of it.
Could use suggestions on how you all do a leg day in this mode.

Some of the guys at my gym asked me about my routine and I explained this to them. A couple are doing it this week! One of the guys knew your name from your magazine work.
