Other than the obvious name difference. Is there really a difference between, Kre-Alkalyn EFX, and EFX PRO? The reason I ask is I have a hard time taking the EFX PRO because of the size of the tablet? Thanks KA EFX is straight KA and KA Pro is KA + tea extracts. If the stims are not important than just use straight KA. The "STIMS" in KA Pro make it my favorite supplement of all time....Seriously... KA PRO provides steady long lasting energy without any jitters, every workout I feel the PRO difference! You'll get used to the size of the pill, it's worth it for sure.

Just want to say I will NEVER be without KA Pro from now on and in the future. I've got a bunch of other stuff from EFX which also helps a TON with recovery, but as far as staying strong during a HEAVY ass work out, KA Pro has been the best creatine I have ever tried. And no bloat or other nasty sides. And zero calories or carbs or sugar like most out there. Ugh I shudder at the creatines I've used before that make me gain 5 lbs of water. Never again! And it works SO fast. Within a couple days. So, props to a great supplement that's not a waste of money like so many are!

I just ordered a bottle of Kre-Alk to try for the first time. Pretty fired up but I have a question. I'm pretty sure the directions I read somewhere said take 1 serving 1 hour before training. I usually use NO Shotgun about 20 minutes prior to training. Should I still take Kre-Alk 1 hour pre-wo and NO Shotgun 20 minutes pre-wo? Also, would it be advisable to take another serving of Kre-Alk post-wo or would that be overkill? 1 serving should be good enough on non training days I believe, correct?
