ok, sorry for the noob question, but id appreciate an answer. On the shock part of the week im a little confused about dropsets....mostly being i dont know what they are so using this as an example .. SHOCK: week 3 - Superset...cable crossover/incline smith press...1-2 x 8-10 reps each - Superset...incline flye/dips...1 x 8-10 reps each - Dropset...machine bench press...1 x 8-10, drop 6-8, drop 6-8 optional Is it correct that you do cable crossover and then go right into incline press and then rest. After finishing that you superset flyes and dips, no resting in between.(except after both are complete) Then you get to the drop set which is bench press and you do 1 set of 8-10 on one weight and then drop the weight and od 6-8.? Sorry if this is confusing lol...does it sound like i got it right?

Affirmitive. Unless you are doing 2 sets of superset 1, and then 2 sets of superset 2. Or I guess you could say 2 round of superset 1,and then 2 rounds of superset 2

This constitutes one set. For dropsets: What you described is correct.

I still don't understand the "dropset" part, so you do 1 set of 8-10 on one weight and then drop the weight and do 6-8 with just the bar (you take off all the weight on it) ??
