I've been surfing around, trying to gather every valuable piece of information I can get, whether its on here or somewhere else, I've often realized that many people use the split ChestTri's/Legs/Rest/DeltsTraps/BackBi's/Rest/Rest.
I currently use ChestBi's/Legs/Rest/Tri'sDelts/Back. I can go gym 4 days a week, which split would suit me most?

Hi Sam, I personally prefer to use the one that you are currently using, but if you get bored with that or your results begin to slow down, you can always change to another split like the one that you described.
