Hey guys, new to PRRS, this is my training log. Few things about me, 18 years old (turned 18 in novemeber ), not the biggest of dudes but can hold my own, weigh 147lbs aprox at the moment, im 5'7. Do martial arts as well, BJJ, muay thai, MMA as well time to time to put the stuff together, have competed in a couple of BJJ comps. My personal bests are the following Bench Press: 159.5lbs x 5 (done today ) Squat: 286lbs x 5 deadlift: 319lbs x 6 also, throw this in, Ran 20m in 3.14 secs, not amazing but just nice to add in ;D anywho lets move on to the training. Ok, this week is PowerDid Chest and biceps todayBB Flat Bench Press132lbs x 6 143lbs x 6 154lbs x 6 158.4lbs x 5 (PB)DB Incline PressTwo 52.9lbs db x 6 Two 57.2lbs db x 6 Two 61.6lbs db x 6 Hammer Strength press132lbs x 6 154lbs x 6 176lbs x 6 EZ Bar curls61.6lbs x 6 67.1lbs x 6 67.1lbs x 6 72.6lbs x 6 DB Hammer Curls35.2lbs db x 6 per arm 39.6lbs db x 6 per arm 44lbs db x 4 per arm Good workout, was meant to do dips but forgot my dipping belt so replaced em with Hammer Strength press.

Good for starting your journal. Keep it up! thanks mate Did BJJ last night for about an 1hr and half. Warm up running around the dojo shoulder dynamic stretches as well Some quick core work with a partner same size as you (Was pretty cold so it did the job warming us up further) Skills- Taught us 5 omoplata variatations, each one we spent about 10minutes doing them Sparring for the remainder of the session, got 4 rounds of sparring in, was pretty decent.

Today was BackBB Deads154lbs x 6 264lbs x 6 286lbs x 6 308lbs x 5 330lbs x 0 (too fatigued, couldnt lock it out) Bent Over BB Rows110lbs x 6 132lbs x 6 154lbs x 6 (Could of done more on this, underestimated the weight, havnt done Bent over rows for a while) DB Rows83.6lbs db x 6 per arm 88lbs db x 6 per arm 88lbs db x 6 per arm (the heaviest db in my gym is 88lbs think I could do 100lbs x 6-8 tbh) Hammer Strength Lat Pulldowns220lbs x 6 265lbs x 6 Got BJJ tonight!
