Congrats to you and your wife Aaron. Great news HUGE HOOPIE! Thanks man... it's not a huge Earth shattering deal or anything, but we are just so happy about it, and offering up our hard work and being able to contribute to something bigger than ourselves to the end of helping out a great person and a great company has us pumped up - which is just what we needed during these low-carb days, HAAA!

Whats up bro? I hope all is well in your department...I can't to see ya at the Arnold....we gotta meet up. Everything is great! I am remaining positive and staying true to the original game plan I constructed at the outset, and doing the absolute best I can with the tools at my disposal and avoiding the common mistake of second-guessing myself and attempting to change the overarching plan in order to satisfy that instinctive urge we all have to "improve" by way of wizardry or some secret "grass is greener" late breaking training or nutritional tip. Luckily I am competing in four shows through the spring and summer, with adequate time between shows and total duration throughout the quartet that I can safely experiment, document, and apply certain methods that bode well with my metabolism and reactionary aftermath regarding depletion, glycogen replenishment, and even little nuances like tanning application and a multitude of other things that even after various years and contests I/we still never have "down" due to innumerable variables. That is all part of the fun, and although hungry and drained, I embrace it and thrive on the challenge! Long ago I cut artificial sweeteners, Crystal Light, even gum... all the strictest attempt to truly hone my physique to its maximal natural development at this point in my life (25 years old) to see what I can materialize/manifest by way of whole-foods and hard work. It has been/will be interesting, and I'm also ecstatic to have had my wife along for the ride, and to devote myself and my years of accumulated knowledge to her pursuits as well. Having such a close team member is invaluable and I'm living the dream in a large sense! Thanks for asking, more to come as always... the partnership with NRG-X Labs is also exploding, and some new and ongoing developments are flowing from that already and in the works. At the end of the process, there will be another process to endure, enjoy, and surmount! It's never ending, both in work AND reward - so although I have blisters on my feet from the 50min am and 50min pm cardio, and by the time 10:00pm rolls around I feel more like an extra cast on Dawn of the Dead than a bodybuilder, it is all an expected agony of the overall victory.

It seems that SOMEONE has been lacking in there updates here in their journal! What's new big guy?! ;D [glow=red,2,300]T[/glow] I've been lacking in everything - no time! I mostly post updates on Face Book now, but I've become increasingly sick of even looking at a computer! Thanks for checking in my friend, good to hear from you of course. Getting ready to go train chest and triceps, biked for an hour and a half earlier today, quads got killed. Looking forward to May 8th, the next competitive outing; depending on several considerations, it might be our last of the season as well, five months of dieting is just too overwhelming, especially when the entirety of the prep runs well into the thousands of dollars, all for a couple trophies and ongoing sleepless nights paired with incessant fatigue and lethargy. I'm more used to it than my wife, and of course I was aware what I was getting myself into, but that doesn't change the fact that standing on stage(s) as a competitive bodybuilder isn't an all encompassing endeavor. Luckily, this past weekend's showing turned out to be one of the best to date, validating all our hard work and suffering to a point.
