How do you fit two or three muscle groups into the same FDFS workout? Example from TaPo31's thread:
Won't your body be burnt out at the end of your chest workout? Or are you working them both at the same time? I'm not sure about doing the saturating, high rep sets for chest then follow it w/ the fiber tearing, low rep sets for biceps.

Not a problem- justa different mindset. Wiping the chest is not going to have a dramatic impact on your bi's.

Just like your usual PRRS workouts, you'll be hitting your chest as hard as possible, and then follow up with biceps. Thats the beauty of using these types of splits, you can exhaust the chest and have more than enough for bis. Not like killing your chest and then having to do shoulders or tris.
