Which is a better split for massing up?coz iam an ectomorph.
option 1 Monday - Back/Biceps Wednesday - Chest/Triceps Friday - Legs Sat - Shoulders
or
option 2 Monday - Back/triceps Wednesday - Chest/biceps Friday - Legs Sat - Shoulders
or
option 3
Monday - Back Wednesday - chest/biceps Friday - legs Sat - Shoulder/triceps

option 2 or 3 would be fine. I'd lean more towards 3 however either would work

Can you provide the workout breakdown (exercises, sets, and reps) for Power week?

opt 2 or 3 is good. RA has a good one also
Mine looks like this
Mon - Back/Rear Delts Tues - Chest/ Medial delts Wed - Quads/calves Thurs - Bicep/Tricep Fri - Hams/Calves
Well at least that is my goal anyway, lol
