Im kinda new with the prrs workout. i am half way thru it and im starting the shock week monday. im confused with the supersets because it calls for 2 sets. How should i work it? should i do each superset with one set then come back and do another set. or should i do one superset then do it again then move on to the next superset. i dont know if you can understand what im getting at but any info would be appriciated thanks!
example-
chest workout-
superset-incline flyes/ bench press
superset -smith incline press/ db pullovers
drop set - pec dec

It means do a superset of incline flyes and bench press...rest...do another superset of incline flyes and bench press....then move on to the next superset and do the same. I hope that this helps.
