I'm wondering about the reps prescribed in the P/RR/S program. I see the ranges listed as 4-6 or 8-12, etc. Whats the best way to do say 4 sets of 4-6 reps? If you get all the sets for 6 reps then increase the weight the next cycle or if you hit the 6 reps on the first set increase the weight for the second?

If you hit the desired rep range on the first set, go up the following set. In a 4-6 rep set my goal is to make it to 4. If I make it to 6 then I will move up in weight. Most of the time I am actually decreasing my weight as sets go on though...
