I am about to make an order and had a few questions:
1.) Just wondering what the difference was between the 2 above products?
2.) I was thinking about taking 1 capsule in the morning (7:30am). I have 1.5 canisters of BSN N.O. XPLODE left and was gonna continue using a scoop of it in the evenings (6:45pm) before my training. Would this be ok? Or is this overkill and I should stick with 1 or the other?
3.) Am thinking about picking up the Pure Liquid Amino Elite...when's the best time to take this product?
4.) Do you have anything that can be used post workout? I've been using ON's Vassive C-5. Looking for something along the lines of this or like the BodyFX CSM.

- Go with the FWSS KA-Pro..there both from the same company.
- You can take 2 caps of the KA-Pro and later on take the NO Xplode still.
- The pure liquid aminos are good to take in the morning, before and after a workout and then before bed.
- Post workout..look into EFX's Kre-Generator...awesome product!!

I used and liked the cell swell for some time. I now use Cell Rush and KA Pro (both from the FWSS) and I have NEVER had consistent gains like I am now having. No BS this stuff is awesome! |

Thanks fellas! I'm gonna go with the FWSS KA Pro and add in the LBA Pro.
The Kre-Generator looks good...but I'm on the see-saw between that and Purple Wrath.
