I want to start the P RR S routine but i"m having a hard time deciding how to combine my groups for a 3 day split.
I'm thinking of doing Chest / Back Arms Legs / Delts
The problem is that legs delts day is going to be eternal and I think I will be tired on the delts if I do the legs first or the other way if I do the delts first.
Any suggestions?

OR.. Chest/Delts/Bi's Quads/Hams Back/Traps/Triceps
The thought of doing chest and back together is too daunting for me... Arnold could do it though!

Interesting I always like to have more options, anyone who says it is 'Easy as taking candy from a baby' has obviously never tried it.... very nice!

I use this: Chest/Back/Abs Quads/Hamstrings/Calves Delts/Traps/Triceps/Biceps
or: Chest/Biceps/Triceps Quads/Hamstrings/Calves Back/Delts/Traps/Abs

Any takers on this 3-day template?
Delts/Biceps/Quadriceps/Hamstrings/Abs Chest/Triceps/Calves/Abs Back/Traps
or:
Chest/Triceps/Abs Delts/Traps/Quadriceps/Hamstrings/Calves Back/Biceps/Abs
I think training biceps with legs is a sound idea because it gives them a lot of rest before they are trained during your back workout, so it minimizes chances of overtraining your biceps, or fatigue in your biceps to hinder your back workout. Anyways that is just an idea I thought I would just throw it out there....lol

You put too many things with Legs which is the most hardcore day.

If you are new to the actual system, either advanced or novice to the principles of which encompass P/RR/S you will still find plenty of good information here, such as links to P/RR/S articles, and radio interviews with the creator of P/RR/S. Plus, you get to actually chit-chat and mingle with the ONE and only Eric Broser himself. So go grab your NF-PRO & Kre-alkaline or any of the AAEFX line-of-products and most of all enjoy yourself here at the official P/RR/S forum. It is always nice to meet new people interested in P/RR/S. Yes. This is so very true, legs can be a very demanding workout for sure! However, this was a purely hypothetical idea and nothing more or less. To be honest I haven't actually tried it or put a lot of strenuous thought into it. But I hear ya, we should do what works best for us and not the other way around.... although in this particular case I suppose for now it will have to remain a debate until somebody otherwise decides to go ahead and give it a shot.

Lolwut? It's not a debate. It's obvious that the body parts aren't spread out evenly. Back and traps alone compared to delts, biceps, quads, hams, abs.

how many exercise are you doing in one workout . I'm doing the exact amount of what Eric reccomends in his splits off hand I think it's 3 exercises with 8 sets for chest and shoulders it's the same amount
