I got to ask some you vets out there exactly do you guys have energy to attack arms after a chest/back/shoulder workout? Especially chest and back. For example I tried to workout my biceps after a chest workout and I just couldn't get a pump going, my arms were tired.
Do you guys have a separate arm day? Or is it some bigger issue? Also does anyone ever do cardio after leg day? Is it possible?

Hey bro, I feel your pain. I've been there. I personally try to split body parts up that effect the other, like chest and tri. I try to do all my large muscle groups in a day by them selves. For instance, lets say we start Monday as the beginning of the workout week. Mon will be Chest then Tues Back. I feel I can get a great back workout in even though my chest is just starting to get sore. I can usually feel it when I'm stretching for the WG pull-downs, but it doesn't effect my strength for my back work out at all. Then I take a day off, by now I'm on day 4 Thursday I hit shoulders, so my chest has recovered enough to where it isn't effecting my shoulder workout at all. Then on Fri I hit upper legs to give my upper body recovery time on Sat I'm usually recovered enough to hit some arms bi/tri together. Sun Calves, abs and Cardio. This is the split I've been using lately and it has been working great for me. My strength is up there, and the soreness from the other muscles usually doesn't interfere with the one I'm trying to train

Lol, I can barely walk after doing legs much less think about doing cardio.
