I am 40 years old, 6'2" and a pure ectomorph. Right now I am 185lbs and trying to gain at around 3600 calories a day. I did p90x with some great results in the lats and arms area, but nowhere else. I know that with my lean body type it is very hard to get super big, but I would love to be around 195 with 10%bf, right now I am at 15%bf.
I ahve read that P/RR/S is a great method due to the muscle confusion it provides, but I want to add size and create shape at the same time. What would people suggest as a method for me to work towards my goals?
P/RR/S? or I have read for guys trying to create shape RR/P/RR/S is also a good way to go.
I am taking creatine, a NO booster pre-workout, and a nice 4-1 carb protein drink after my workout. I eat almost the same thing every day in terms of percentages (45/35/20) and I just want to get ripped.
Any advice on a program would be much appreciated.

Well unfortunately your are trying to do the impossible as is what we all wish to do. You can't put on a bunch of size while maintaing really low BF, at least most of us cannot. P/RR/S can definitely help you out iwth your goal, but being your a pure ecto as you state, you shouldn't have to really worry about fat gain right now. You need to bumpthose calories up, make sure you are getting some red meat meals in there and take your healthy fats up, also make sure you are doing some compound movements in your training fo rmass and size ie...squats, bench, deadlifts, barbell rows..etc
