I haven't done enough research on the Fatty supplements.
Just curious which brand I should go for?
Fish oil , Flax oil, or EFA (such as NOW nutrition 3/6/9)? Gels or straight oil?
I've supplemented with tablesthingys of flaxoils before but now I'm lookin for something different.

For simply excellent fish oil, look at the "Carlson" brand. It is the finest fish oil from deep, cold ocean-water fish (I quoted this sentence from the label). Such brand is carried in most vitamin, supplement, and natural food stores. It is bottled in Norway, and does not have a fishy taste. I purchase same in the 500 ml bottle, and the cost is around $30 per.
