Hey, quick question. Do you guys stretch before or after cardio? I feel like my body is too primed immediately after weights, but perhaps a little before and after treatment is in order?

if i were going at cardio like a sport, I would stretch before to make sure I am limber enough and dont pull a muscle.

Well the actual concern is stretching after weight lifting. I was wondering if it would be best to do thorough stretching before my post-weight lifting cardio or afterwards.
