First off.. I feel real newbish asking this question but I was explaining PRRS to some people at the gym and they asked some questions that I was just not sure of.. SO here it goes:
1. When a tempo is given for an exercise I.E. Bench press 4/0/X, it would mean 4seconds down(negative), then pretty much explode up, right?
2. When a tempo of 3-4/0/X is given for Deadlift, Would that be 3-4 seconds pulling up? then just quick down and 3-4 seconds back up? or would it be explode up, and slowly let it back down for 3-4secs?
Is the #/X/X always going to be the Negative part of the exercise? or is the #/X/X the part from the begining the exercise?
Thanks.. Don't butcher me up too bad!! lol

Don't feel bad about asking. That's what everyone is here for. You've made a wise decision choosing PRRS. I put my responses at the end of your questions. First off.. The PRRS family, you'll find, is nothing like the masses over at other forums, we are like minded individuals constantly learning and sharing ideas from each other. Keep asking questions bro, we are ready to help!

I would never tolerate anyone who would trash another for any legit question whether it is "newbie" or advanced! Ask what you want here without fear! And by the way...many people have asked what you did!
