Not a difficult question but i just wanna make sure. i did the first day of fd/fs routine today. When i do the first exercise 3-4 reps then 1-2 forced, do i do the 3-4 reps then take a short rest then force out the 1-2 reps, or do i do the 3-4 reps then in the same rep continue with 1-2 reps are forced as if im doing a complete 6 reps?
and on other question when i do 2 sets should both sets be the same weight or should the first one be lighter then the second one?
sorry if its confusing i just like to be specific!

With FDFS there is no need to do forced reps. Not unless VERY ADVANCED.
As for the weight used you should choose a specific rep range, like 4-6, and see where you end up on the first set. If you get only 4, go lighter...if you get 5-6 then maybe you can stick.

thanks il give it a shot. its sometimes takes a week to get my weights right whenever i do a new routine that i have never done before. i figured its better to be lighter then i can always do an extra heavier set then starting to heavy and then be shot for the rest of t he workout. thanks for the advice either way my chest is very sore after the first fd/fs chest workout yesterday , so i did something right.

It always takes time to adjust to a new program. Just remember to use PRRS most of the time, and only implement FDFS for short bursts of 2-3 weeks at a time every few months.
