hey, as many of you know i'm on a ship, and i work and train a few guys, and one of them had just starting taking a supp called ad-4, some sort of prohormone, would you recommend this at nearly 20 years old??? Seems a bit dangerous to me, messing with hormones and stuff, but he says its amazing so im considering getting some.
thanks

I would 100% say NO ABSOLUTELY NOT! ESPECIALLY at 20 years old. You still have so much natural test and GH at that age it's just not worth messing up your hormonal state. Good for you for actually asking questions instead of blindly putting things in your body that could harm you in the long run.. I'm sure the resident scientist will chime in on this for the real meat and potatoes!

STAY THE HELL AWAY! You're just a baby you've got so much to learn. Devote yourself to the science of body building, don't just go taking whatever some guy says is good stuff.

Ok, thanks, i thought i'd ask because it seemed quite dangerous, and i don't want to affect my body making testosterone. I'm dedicated and i'm going to become a natural bodybuilder, definately. I've been reading as much as i can on the internet about everything to do with supps, P/RR/S, dieting, but does anyone know of a good resource where i can get information on all of these subjects??? Who is the resident scientist???
Thanks

I think they jokingly meant talk to Eric. Seriously, especially about supplements and what you can take that's effective but safe.

Oh, ok. I'm going to save a bit and then pay him to do a diet for me.

Oh, ok. I'm going to save a bit and then pay him to do a diet for me. go all the way with him if you can. diet and training routine. his routines are magic. you can make one for yourself but I guarantee it will lack a certain "pizazz" and you won't get as good results. Eric does it all for me. That way I don't have to think. It's great and worth it.

oh Tapo! Hey what do you practice, what's your area of medicine? I got lots of docs in my family. They all thought I'd go to med school but I'm just a screw up. Now I like to study animal medicine.
