I am wondering if different body types respond differently to P RR S.
For example, I am more of a lean, athletic type versus a power lifter type. I would think that I would possibly respond better during the Shock phase, where as a power lifter may respond better during the Power phase.
I understand each phase is critical, and taxing the body in different ways is a key advantage of the P RR S training system, but I wonder if there is any truth to my theory, and if there are modifications to P RR S for different body types?
