Is there a supplement that helps with cardio endurance, helps you go longer during cardio even after you've lifted your guts out? I can only manage 20 minutes. I don't respond to stimulants anymore, I'm immune. Any ideas would be great.

You think? I have some. I know it flushes your circulation to the top of your skin, making you pink and itchy lol. Any other ideas?

I don't know what stim's you've used or USE pre workout at this time, but a couple of suggestions:
-Right off the bat you probably want to drop stims. Caffeine can completely clear your system in 5-14 days depending on physiology. In fact, caffeine isn't really a "stimulant" per se. We have receptors in our body and we have a waste product produced by activity/lack of sleep, etc.. (forget what it is called). When this waste product is released, it is taken up by these receptors (again, their names are tip of the tongue...).. What Caffeine essentially does is it blocks these receptors so the waste product cannot attach to them. This makes us feel more alert/energetic because our body is not recognizing fatigue.
That said, if you can withstand a cleansing period you could do quite well with stims. I wouldn't stop cold turkey. I'd take the following approach:
-Begin taking 1-2 benadryl at night (the kind that make you drowsy) take 4-5 days on 2-3 days off for a 2-3 week period. -Cut caffeine in half -Cut caffeine in half again (using ONLY upon waking and pre workout) -Cut caffeine completely -Take a product like RESETS by Palo Alto Labs
Your time off caffeine completely should equal 7-14 days.
Now, if you simply cannot do this I recommend 1 of 2 things:
-Take Primed Ultra by ALR Industries. It has a LONG half life and is designed for LONGER workouts. OR -Take your preworkout and about 15-min before your cardio take 1/4 an energy shot like ALR's Hypershot or 1/2 of a VPX energy shot mixed with your BCAA's.

This is great info Hoss you know your stuff! I'll have to think about detoxing from caffeine. I'm doing a centuries old type of clearing the lymphatic system, dry brushing your body with very firm bristles and long hard strokes, all over, moving toward the heart. This may help with water retention and maybe help get rid of toxins. Because of my illness I'm pretty bionic. No chemicals taken orally affect me. So I'm not sure how I'd respond to removing caffeine, probably wouldn't notice. I'm for real, I can drink liquid draino and be totally fine lol. Anyways let me think this through. I'll try going off coffee. I basically drink it cuz I like the taste.

What illness is this agian? LOL it's a special kind of mental illness that affects my physiology. In some good ways too but mostly it just sucks. But one side is I have to take massive doses of meds because I've built up such an immunity. If you took a day's worth of my meds you'd be flat on your back for 2 days. Supplements don't tend to work either no matter how much of a dose I take. A little, but normally nada.
