Been using the basic PRRS for a while now and am looking to try out the advanced version....
2 questions....
1. Do you stay on the advanced program once you reach it? or do you just use it for quick bursts and then go back to regular version?
2. On the advanced version, do you just pick as many advanced techniques per workout you want? or is it better to only do so many per workout/week?
Thanks for the help!

Nat-
Once I moved "up" to advanced PRRS I never went back to basic. I mix in other types of workouts and am always tweaking it. Your best results will be when you find the little tweaks that work best for you... and realize that sometimes they will better than others.
It's all about "listening" to your body and tweaking as you go. For me, that meant leaving "basic" PRRS behind.

thanks for the response.. reading over the article, i see lots of advanced options for shock week, but very few for power(only 1) or rep range(2 i think?)
Are there any other good ones to use during power/rep range?

When you are ready to move on, look at FDFS, especially for heavy work.
