Hey all. This is what my daily diet looks like I would love some feedback and critiques. I'm trying to gain some LBM. My body is somewhere in between and ecto/meso. Closer to an ecto in terms of finding it hard to gain muscle mass. But I still gain fat after prolonged periods of high cals.
My diet breaks down to approximately 2400 cals, 220g pro, 220g carb, 65-70g fats.
Stats:
Name: Garrett Dob: 30/11/88 Weight: 65 kg Fat % : 10 (approx) Goal: lean mass gains (I want it so bad!!!!)
Meal 1: 70g oats 2 x omega -3 eggs 55g egg whites 1 pc wholemeal toast
Meal 2: 200g sweet potato 150 g chicken breast
Training protocol: (pre) superpump 250 (intra) size on MP (post) myofusion
Meal 4; 200 g sweet potato 150 g chicken breast 200 g green fibrous
Meal 5: 150 g 95/5 ground beef 2 tbsp cottage cheese 1 tbspl olive oil 250 g green fibrous
Meal 6: Myofusion (1 scoop) 20 g almonds
4g fishoils 2 srv anavite (multi) Minimum 3 liters of water
So any critiques by some moderators would be awesome!!! Also check out those supps I take (gaspari). Alot of ppl on Here are taking aaefx. Which seem to be marketed towards natural athletes. Which is awesome!! So pls post some prods I could use to enhance lean mass gains. I live in Australia and not sure if I can get aaefx here tho. Thanks in advance everyone who reads!

If it's hard for you to gain muscle, after skimming it, it looks pretty decent to me. Looks like you have everything covered. The one thing I will say is to pay attention to your BF levels. If you feel you are gaining too much BF, adjust your carb intake a bit (less). Plus, I used the kg to pounds conversion calculator to see you weigh about 145. At that weight, your protein counts look good overall.

hey garrett, well the diet seems good and like rantorcha said just keep track of your BF levels. i try to stay around 10-12% in the off-season, more towards 10-11, and i check it every 2 weeks or so. dont go so much by the scale but more by the mirror and BF%. and most importantly "BE HONEST" with yourself. if you see you're looking a bit soft and gaining some unwanted fat, drop the carbs a bit. as for products from EFX, they're all excellent products. but i really am enjoying the kotic, test charge, ka and LBA's. try some of them and see how you feel man. trial and error is the way to go. remember, everyones different.

Hey thanks alot for your reply man. Yeh I generally like to track my body by th mirror. I'm not worried about letting myself go haha, I am constantly analysing the mirror. Probably too much, around training when have alot of water and carbs things get a little blurry but clear up as the day goes on and my carbs taper off. My obliques and abs come and veins throughout my midsection come back. My metabolism is pretty quick but I get very paranoid about putting minimal amounts of fat on. So I guess it's a matter of allowing myself to eat enough food. I have just been adding little bits here and there as I feel my metab speed up. It's going great now, I am getting hungry alot which is good @ about 2600 cals. As far as the AAEFX goes, I couldn't find alot here in Australia.
