Never heard of it as LSD. I always call it LISS (Low Intensity Slow Sustained)

I was always the super duper catabolic cardio Queen. I'd get my heart rate up to 200 sometimes (that's when I was an anorexic model lol). When I met Eric and he said, just walk for 20 minutes a day, a nice slower pace, incline on the treadmill or some small hills outside, I was like WOW a coach who isn't prescribing 4 hours of cardio a day that SOOOOO many physique women do every day. I got down to single digit body fat just walking on the treadmill at 2.5 speed for 30 minutes tops. Of course, diet was huge in that transformation but holy heck I got RIIIIIIPPPPPPED. You could see every tendon, every ligament, it was insane! I loved it, half the people I knew loved how i looked, the other half were haters and said I looked "anorexic" and "Malnourished" blah blah, this usually came from men and women who gear up on over a gram of steroids a week. Yeah I was small, but I looked awesome. So anyways, long story short, go slow and steady, I keep my heart rate around 135 and split my cardio up, 20 minutes am, 20 minutes pm. Since I'm BB now with more body fat than I had before I gotta do a lil bit more. But I am now a HUGE advocate for slow steady easy going cardio. I see people turning beet red about to go into tachycardia doing far too intense cardio, and their bodies never change even though they're lifting. They're cannabalizing their muscle, they're just not burning fat, so it just sits there. A shame.

What about the fact you can build muscle doing HIIT cardio I feel it helped bring up mu outer sweep and also helps keep my endurance up and I feel when I have more endurance on leg days it correlates into strength alowing a few more reps. Cardio is a double edge sword hopefully Eric will give his 2 c

I finally solved my loathing of cardio. I got this little machine that is like a stepper/elliptical for your lower body, fits anywhere in the house it's only about 40 lbs, you hold hand weights while you're on it, park it in front of the television, I turn the knob up to the highest resistance, and go for it. OWWWWWW yeah it works! I think I saw these on eBay but wasn't sure about the quality. What's it called And where can I find one? Thanks You can get them on Amazon. Ebay sucks. They're only about $100 on Amazon. I forget the name of them but if you type in a search at amazon (foot elliptical) or something like that it will show up. Quality is great. I got the pink one to support breast cancer.
