Decided to start lifting again today, and have Phosphagen HP as my creatine. The directions are as follows: EAS Phosphagen HP Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop or four tablesthingys (43 grams) with six to eight oz of cold water or juice. Drink four servings daily for five days, then maintain at one to two servings daily. Consult with a physician prior to use if you have any medical conditions. Do not use if pregnant or lactating. Note: Athletes who engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 120 oz of water per day. Drink an additional 16 oz of water for each pound of weight lost during exercise. EDIT: Ill be working out around 3-4:30 each day. Then BJJ class from 6:30-8:30 Now I understand the four servings, Ill just split them throughout the day for the loading phase. My question is when would you guys take the 2 servings after the loading phase. One right before, and one right after the workout? Also, you dont have to cycle this stuff do you? Your help is much appreciated

For one, its not a product I would realy stand behind and second there is no need for a loading phase. our body only absorbs 6-7 grams daily of monohydrate so you really would probably want to go with a creatine product from AAEFX, VPX Sports, ALRI, etc.
