I am currently on a EFX KO, KA, and TC stack (one mean stack I tell you) and following the instructions on the containers/bottles. I have been taking the TC first thing in the morning. Would taking TC pre-workout be more beneficial on lifting days rather than in the morning? If taken pre-workout, should I take it 45 mins w/ my shake supplement or 15 mins w/ KO?

I personally stick to the instructions. I don't think there is any added benefit taking it pre-workout. I believe they are specifically formulated to take the 2 doses a certain amount of time apart.

I usually take my first dose in the morning then my second dose pre-workout which id in the late afternoon time early evening.

I take it first thing in the AM which is pre-workout for me and then again at bed time. I train at 5 am so for one I know it's on an empty stomach.

I take 1/2 dropper upon awakening and 30 min before my workout.
