hey guys, first timer here. was wanting to start this awesome program but am unsure of how to set up my split. working out 4 days but want to put emphasis on delts so i would like to start the workout with delts on day 1. how would i set up the split with delts being worked on day 1? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You didn't realy give much in the way of guidnace, but here's a quick-and-dirty idea for you...
Delts/Triceps Quads/Hams Back Chest/mini-Delts/Biceps
You can throw in calves and abs where you see fit.

what kinda guidance do u need? it would be ok to train biceps the day after back?

I have trained bis the day after back with no problems.
