Hi, I currently have a 4 day split, chest/bi, shoulders/tri, back and leg. However, i have been unsure how i can properly hit my entire back (traps,lats,upper and lower back) for every week of PRRS for my back day. I need some suggestions,please help! thanks!

sorry i was unclear,back and legs are done on different days by itself. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
