i was wondering it traps and forearms react better to a certain rep range and it's to be done of certain weeks of PRRS. or if i should just include them in all the weeks of PRRS.

Traps do get worked when pulling rack deads and well as direct work like shrugs. Forearms as well, you can work them directly, wrist curls rev curls, hammer curls

if i want to do isolation exercise for lats and forearms i should do them on RR week with 8-10 reps?
