Hi,
I'm going to be training a friend of mine to compete in natural figure competition. Its going to be her first time, and I'm putting her through a bulking phase until the end of the year.
I think we're going to diet her down for about 18 weeks, depending how much weight she's gained from now till the end of the year. Maybe 14 weeks if she is not that far from conditioning.
I plan on using carb cycling routine when she diet down with a 2 high day , followed by 3 low day ( Tim Wescott method).
But my MAIN question is...since i dont' have too much experience with contest prep in general, what will need to be done by like the last 5 weeks out from contest? Like when does she start cutting water? How much water does she drink on contest day? Does she only eat carbs on contest day? I'm a bit unsure on that part. I'm only experienced in basic bulk/cutting...but not contest condition stuff.
