I just finished modifying my PRRS plan from the template and had a quick question -
My bigger compound movements (mainly deadlift and front squats) are only implemented on Power week. I'm worried that the frequency may be too low if I'm only squatting/deadlifting once every three weeks?
Looking for some input. I understand the intensity on those days will be high but I'm coming from a program where you hit these big movements once a week with varying rep ranges based on your 1RM.
Thanks, fam!

the prrs program should be a guideline.
You can put whatever exercises you like in any of the weeks, as long as it matches that weeks' "rep tempo" and "rep ranges"
For me, I do squats on power and rep week. During some cycles, i might do Squats on shock week too.
I find that less squats i do, the harder it is to get the knees back into the tension if i squat again. Meaning if i back squat once every 3 weeks, it would be much harder for me to gain any strength on that movement because my knees and joints are not conditioned for it, even if i have been doing hack squats and front squats.
