My question is....
when doing power week, should i stop doing the exercise when i can no longer perform the full range of motion or should i continue till failure pushing out half/quarter reps till complete muscle failure.
What iv been doing is counting and working in the 4-6 rep range and anything i can squeeze out at the end as a bonus or would i be better stopping when the full range can no longer be completed? Hope that makes sense, thanks in advance.
