Hi, new to the forum and new to fdfs, ive used prrs before and enjoyed it, especially shock week!! Lately ive been training 4 days per week, 2 workouts per day, my queation is....can fdfs training be done am/pm? E.g fibre damage (am) fibre saturation (pm)? Or does fibre saturation need to be done immediately after fibre damage? All input appreciated, thanks.
