I have NEVER done these ever ...except this one time a long time ago with cables.
I've seen many videos on different ways to do these.
I was wondering which way is the best way to stimulate the Front Delts using front raise movement?
Raising them to the middle of the head? Raising them towards the side of the face? (right hand/right face) Turn the dbs so that at the top pinky is pointed towards each other? Cg on BB? Shoulder width grip on BB?

I know you may hate to hear it, but ALL of those ways are effective, as well as several more!

2 cents more.. this is a movement to where you want to use very strict form and proper wt. no sudden/quick start when beginning the movement, save youre shoulder joints/tendons..just train smart, use your head

Try doing them with an E-Z Curl bar for a nice variation.
