How much cardio do you guys do for contest prep?
I've increased mine this year to 30-40 min. a day. In the past I was using HIT cardio for 16 min. I guess you could say that I'm following the herd by changing to lower intensity cardio but it seems to be what most people are doing.

Gawd I wish it was that little. I do about 20-30 minutes post workout. Then pm session for 60 minutes. That's right now anyway. It'll get cut back as I get to the piint I need to be i guess. I hope : ( lol.

I've done so much that I could prob have lapped the world.. TWICE
edit: start at 30 and work my way up to 60 but I've gone as high as two hrs in a day.. one am and one pm.

Joel....at the most i was doing 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night. About 2 weeks out, I cut that to just the AM session. At 1 week out I cut the time to 20:00 and did none after Wed AM.
