I do all 3 heads of shoulders.
How do I do 2 supersets and 1 dropset for shoulders this way?
I was thinking maybe to attack them all in 2 trisets + 1 drop set for side delts.

The most effective routines Eric had devised for me involved giant sets.

Max....Eric changed it up workout to workout for me, but an example would be: DB Laterals 1x12 DB Press 1x15 Seated press 1x16-20 U Bb Row 1x25 these would be done consecutively as one "giant set"....but like I said he continually mixed up the exercises from workout to workout. I will sometimes do something along the lines of a dropset pressing movement and trisets hitting each head of the delts during a shock workout, works pretty well.
