THE ONE, what's the protocol here? Should a person:
1) Perform 2 sets of Deadlifts with a 4-6/1/X Tempo 2) Back Ext with a 4/2/X Tempo 3) Back Ext or Good Mornings 2 X 25-40 at 1/0/1/0?

For negative emphasis you can use rack deads, hyperextensions or good mornings.
For stretch pause you could use hypers or back extensions.
For saturation you could use hypers, short rack deads, or back extensions.
These are my general recommendations.
